I believe that one of the most important things you can do to improve your pedagogy as an educator is to relfect upon your knowledge and beliefs. Being able to evaluate yourself and your experiences for the worth they hold in your life and in your career is essential. After all, we are the sum of our parts, and being able to bring a type of unity and understanding to the “whole” of ourselves will most definitely prove to be of great value when we are given the task to model and teach others.
