Keeping it short, I am 24 years old and the eldest of four children. My family moved to Prince George, BC in 1990, where our family home has been ever since.

I come from a very musical family. My mother started teaching me piano when I was young, but quickly realized that this endevour was not as fruitful as she had hoped! Continuing lessons with another teacher, I played piano until I was 16, at which point I started playing electric guitar. I continue to play guitar on a regular basis at the church we have been attending in Victoria, Saanich Baptist Church.

I was married to Lindsay Stofer, (now “Ray”) in August of 2006, and we currently reside in Victoria where we await the imminent finish of our long schooling process.

I have spent much of life working with children. This, alongside my wife’s encouragement become an educator, (as she is) have been the most dominant forces pulling me to devoting my life to teaching.

I have a strange fascination with Jack Russell Terriers, and await the day when we will live in either a condo or a house that will permit us to raise one. Until then, I often spend any lonely afternoons with my life-size wooden duck I have fondly given the name “Goober” (he is the only “pet” we are allowed to keep in our apartment).
