Ah! There is nothing quite like being “put on the spot.” Well, in each of my teaching practicums that is exactly what happened. Prior to these practicums I was given time to prepare lessons, units, and decide on my classroom management plan. However, this was the easy part; the real challenge came in my implementation of them. I was placed in three different schools over my practicums and was evaluated on my process and progress by my mentor teacher, (the teacher whose class I was in).

These reports are their evaluations of my ability as an educator, as well as any other comments or suggestions that they would be helpful to me in my pursuit of becoming the best possible teacher I can be.
